What is a rolling offset?
A rolling offset combines a horizontal and a vertical offset into a single 'true offset' distance (via the pythagorean relationship), then applies the same bend-angle multiplier used for a standard offset bend.

The diagonal the run has to cover across both planes. It is not the travel -- travel is this number times the bend multiplier.
multiplier = 1 / sin(bendAngle), carried at the two-decimal values printed on a bender's multiplier chart so this mark and the bender's agree. Travel is the centre-to-centre distance between the two bends, not the arc length of either bend.
